When Joe Cavanagh originally contacted us, he wanted us to locate, and then refurbish a short wheel base Series III Land Rover for him. He wanted a vehicle "built to last many years" to use in Ireland. Unfortunately, we soon discovered that the import duty would be prohibitive. So we decided that Joe would send us his "Old faithful" Land Rover (Already registered in Ireland !), and have us rebuild it. Above and below you can see the fruits of our labour.
The Final results - including Turner Reconditioned engine, reconditioned gearbox, new bulkhead, galvanised chassis and much much more.
